AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
Your items will be delivered, within 5 working days from receipt of payment, to all metro areas within Australia. Allow 7 working days for country areas and 10 days for rural areas or New Zealand.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $AUD14 per delivery, even for shoes and larger purchases. Please note the delivery charge does not cover any specific taxes or charges which may be incurred to enter New Zealand.

ASIA-PACIFIC, USA, UK, EUROPE DELIVERY
Rubybritches.com.au also delivers to most parts of the Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe. Your purchases will be delivered at a flat rate of $AUD50. Rubybritches.com.au will not be liable for any additional taxes or charges which may be incurred for the items to enter your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes and other charges.

EXCHANGES
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange for another size, please contact us at rubybritches@bigpond.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number and details on how to return the garment. Once the product has been received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, your new size will be despatched (if available).

REFUNDS
If you would like to return your purchase please contact us at rubybritches@bigpond.com within 7 days of receiving it. You will be sent a return email with a Returns Authorisation number and details on how to return the item. We must receive the item (in its original packaging, with original tags in place and in a new, unused condition) within 14 days from the date we give you a Returns Authorisation number in order to provide a refund. Items received after the 14 days (within reason, and in a new, unused condition as specified above) will receive a credit for the purchase price of the item instead.
